My Review

I am completely obsessed with this series! Book one ended and left a lot of pieces to be picked up and glued back together. Cara has gone through her Phoenix rebirth and remembers almost nothing. Someone is killing Phoenixes and with the original bad guy gone, it's a whole new mystery. And Logan is trying to find his own way. A lot of people are blaming him since Cara can't remember. But sometimes love has a way of working things out.

I am so impressed with the characters in this go around. Book two is even better than book one. Logan gets a lot of screen time and it's wonderful seeing him fight for his love of Cara. He won't give up. And Cara is trying to be so many things to so many people. There's some great character growth to already wonderfully depth and creatively written world of Phoenixes and I loved every single second of it.

The writing is spectacular. I could not put this one down. With everyone working against Cara and Logan yet they refuse to give up. And seeing more into the hunter scenes kept me in my toes. Suspenseful and well paced, it was definitely a page turner. And I loved that they fell in love all over again. But it's not over. You know something big is coming in book three. I am so ready for book three to surprise me just like this one did. And I will obsessively promote this series as not only being a Wonderful paranormal ya story but just a well written one as well! 5 MAGICAL FIERY PAWS!!
