My Review
I was so excited to read this one. I got to see how Sera, Serafina who is called Finny here, got her misfit life in the demon world with Megan. She is completely different from Megan but she's also from a different world, because she's... well I can't tell you. LOL Megan is our main lady from Vengeance be Mine and she and Sera make friends there, but now I know. I absolutely understand why the two of them will make a formidable pair! With that said, let's talk goodies.
Finny is part of a upper class family with powers but she is treated lowly, almost worse than a servant, until her birthday gets close. At 16, she is to become more. Let me tell you, she is in the dark and the whole world seems to know about her, but her. And the prince she's in love with, I want to love him, but he's selfish, and sometimes, that's not enough, but it's definitely cause for heartbreaking choices to be made. I Loved this character's whole essence of being. Now that I know, I hope she keeps a leading role with Megan in the series.
The writing is great. A wonderful little surprise of weaving webs. And I am not sure if I should tell you to actually read this one first, or read this one second, which is the order I did. either way... read them both HA! I enjoyed it and I definitely look forward to more from this series and more from this author. Even though it's short, it's still oh so good! 5 MAGICAL PAWS! PS, there's a freaking dragon, which just made my whole damn day!!!!
